This policy covers utahsellerfinancinghelp.com. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What we collect

When you send the contact form: your name, phone number, and anything else you choose to give us — email, your situation, how you found us, and your notes. The form sends that information by email to Greg Hansen's office. The site itself does not store it in a database.

When you browse: we use Vercel Analytics, which counts page views and measures page speed without cookies and without building a profile of you. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

When you use a calculator: the numbers you type stay in your browser. They are not sent to us.

What we do with it

We use your contact information to call, text, or email you back about the question you asked. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with marketers. We may keep the email in Greg's office records the way a law office keeps any inquiry.

Text messages

If you give us a phone number, we may text you to confirm we got your message and to schedule a call. Reply STOP and we'll stop texting.

No attorney-client relationship

Sending the form does not make you a client. Please don't send confidential details or documents until you and Greg have agreed he'll represent you.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (delivering form emails), and, if enabled, Upstash (rate-limiting the form to block spam). Each processes data only to provide its service.

Your choices

You can ask what we have from you, or ask us to delete it, by calling or writing to the office. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date below changes with it.
