What that means in practice

"Legally allowed to" and "actually goes well" aren't always the same thing. A guide can tell you what Utah's trust-deed statutes say. It can't tell you whether your buyer will pay, whether your lender will call the loan, or whether your addendum says what you think it says.

Where a page cites a statute, rule, or case, it links to the primary source. Read the source. Statutes are amended, and courts decide cases on their facts.
